“მრავალშვილიანი ოჯახის წევრი სტუდენტები და შეზღუდული შესაძლებლობის სტატუსის მქონე სტუდენტები დაფინანსებას მიიღებენ’’, -აღნიშნულის თაობაზე განცხადება საკრებულოს სხდომაზე განათლებისა და კულტურის კომისიის თავმჯდომარემ გააკეთა.
როგორც კახა ლაბუჩიძემ აღნიშნა, კომისიის დღევანდელ სხდომაზე „სოციალურად დაუცველი და წარმატებული სტუდენტების ხელშეწყობის შესახებ“ თბილისის მუნიციპალიტეტის საკრებულოს 2021 წლის 9 თებერვლის N74-4 დადგენილების ცვლილების პროექტი განიხილეს, რომლის თანახმად, დაფინანსების მიმღებ პირთა წრე იზრდება.
,,ამ პოზიტიური ცვლილებით, თბილისის მუნიციპალიტეტი საკრებულოს დღევანდელ სხდომაზე, დადგენილების პროექტის დამტკიცების შემთხვევაში, მრავალშვილიანი ოჯახის წევრი სტუდენტებისა და შეზღუდული შესაძლებლობის სტატუსის მქონე სტუდენტების სწავლის დაფინანსების მიზნით ახალ პროგრამას აამოქმედებს.
ახალი წესის თანახმად, თბილისში რეგისტრირებულ სოციალურად დაუცველ სტუდენტებს (ბაკალავრიატი, მაგისტრატურის და დოქტორანტურის აკადემიურ საფეხურებზე) სწავლის საფასურს ვუფინანსებთ, ასევე თბილისში რეგისტრირებულ წარჩინებულ მაგისტრანტებზე, რომლებიც სწავლობენ თბილისში მოქმედ სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტებში, თბილისის მერიის სტიპენდიას გავცემთ. ამ პროგრამის ბიუჯეტი 2021 წელს გავაორმაგეთ და მხოლოდ 2021 წელს საერთო ჯამში 4000-მდე სტუდენტს ფინანსური მხარდაჭერა გაეწია’’, -განაცხადა კახა ლაბუჩიძემ.
მისივე თქმით, ახალი პროგრამის ამოქმედების შემთხვევაში, სოციალურად დაუცველი და წარმატებული სტუდენტების გარდა, დაფინანსებას მიიღებენ მრავალშვილიანი ოჯახის (ოთხი და მეტი შვილი) წევრი და შეზღუდული შესაძლებლობის სტატუსის მქონე (ზომიერად, მნიშვნელოვანად და მკვეთრად გამოხატული შეზღუდვა) სტუდენტები, რომლებსაც განცხადების შემოტანის მომენტისთვის არანაკლებ ბოლო 6 თვის განმავლობაში უფიქსირდებათ თბილისში რეგისტრაცია.
სტუდენტების დაფინანსების გაცემა მოხდება წელიწადში 2-ჯერ, სემესტრულად, შემოდგომის და გაზაფხულის სემესტრის დაფინანსების მიზნით.
გასაცემი დაფინანსების ოდენობა დამოკიდებულია მრავალშვილიანი ოჯახის წევრი სტუდენტის და შშმ სტუდენტის მიერ წინა სემესტრში გავლილ საგნებში მიღებული შეფასებების საშუალო არითმეტიკული ქულის შესაბამისად.
